SupportingThose WhoServe
Strengthening our community.
The Bridgeton Blue & Gold Foundation is a new community nonprofit. It is being built to support policing in Bridgeton and the surrounding area: officers, their families, and the neighborhoods they protect.
What this foundation is for
Help outside the city budget.
A city budget has to cover the daily work of policing. A community foundation can cover what that budget is not built for. None of these purposes are funded yet.
Training
Courses and certifications that keep skills sharp when the department’s own training line runs out.

Programs that put officers and residents in the same room for something other than a call for service.

The Bridgeton Blue & Gold Foundation raises community support for policing in Bridgeton and the Cumberland County area around it. The work is practical: equipment, training, programs that bring officers and neighbors together, and care for officers and families when the job reaches past a paycheck.
Bridgeton is a river city, and its police department is part of daily life here. This foundation gives neighbors a direct way to stand with those officers.
